
Internship Experiences
Through creating detailed briefs designed to align all internal teams and agency partners, and through close collaboration throughout the process, I have been able to produce marketing materials across multiple channels. Below are the final products I helped create from start to finish, ensuring each met deadlines through clear direction, coordination and teamwork.

Medicare Print Ad for AEP
For the Medicare print publication for AEP, I coordinated with multiple vendors, outlined all spec sizes and messaging needs and worked closely with internal teams to keep the project on schedule. This alignment ensured all deadlines were met and the ad was successfully published across Michigan.
Medicare Print Ad for USA Today
HAP produced a variety of creatives for USA Today, including print ads, display ads, blog articles, banners, emails and momentum display units. I managed the organization of all deliverables, outlining their deadlines, specs and messaging requirements, and coordinated with multiple specialized teams to ensure each asset was developed accurately and delivered on time.

Member Testimonials
HAP hosted a member event where participants shared testimonials about their experiences. HAP hosted the event and I helped manage the creative project workflow, collaborating with our marketing agency to film and produce content that was later used across paid social, organic social and CTV. Furthermore, I mapped out where each testimonial would have optimal performance across different markets and audiences throughout Michigan.
Social Media Content
During my internship, I developed briefs that outlined new creative assets for use across various campaigns, tailored to different stages of the consumer path to purchase. These are examples of the campaigns.


Day in the Life as an Intern at HAP
I launched and worked on HAP's first series of a Day in the Life as an Intern for organic social media by collaborating with interns across different departments. I edited the videos and created copy. The series generated 478,000 impressions across LinkedIn and Instagram and has been one of the top performing creative series for the company.
